At the IOPD General Assembly in December 2021, it was proposed that the IOPD lead the creation of a Participatory Democracy Quality Index. The objective of this index is to be able to measure the implementation of participatory democracy at the local and regional level, and to see its evolution over time.

To this end, the IOPD has created a working group in which it invites the members of the IOPD to collaborate in the elaboration of this tool. In this working group we will ask you to participate in meetings and commissions.
