Policy paper of the IOPD Secretariat to extend recommendations and experiences on localisation of SDGs and participatory democracy to local and regional governments.
Through this policy paper, the IOPD aims to inspire and empower local and regional governments to actively engage their citizens in localising the SDGs, while providing them with the opportunity to co-create an innovative governance framework that is meaningful and practical in the lives of citizens.
