Each session will be a unique opportunity to learn from inspiring experiences, meet the implementers behind each project and discover good practices of citizen participation and civic engagement that can be applied in other contexts. From mass-scale proposals to bring public services closer to metropolitan residents, to innovative tools to engage youth and children, these projects offer valuable lessons for those working to protect democracy through local and regional participation.
When?
The webinar series will feature one session for each winning practice, including the winner and six special mentions. Each session will have a duration of 60 minutes, in which local and regional government representatives will share about the recognized practice, members of the IOPD Jury will make comments and there will be a space for questions and answers and interaction with the speakers.
