Executive summary Arizona Voices is an online platform of co-creation and participation in the legislative process in the state of Arizona. The public can give its opinion on the draft law under consideration, and bring new ideas to improve the state.

Objectives

Greater public participation in legislative issues.

Participants

All citizens of Arizona, but especially the younger population that uses more mass participation in the network as opposed to traditional media participation. 

Description

 Citizens who want to participate can create a profile from an email account or through their Facebook profile (this is to reduce the entries barriers).

The site has two components:

·         Bills pages, where users can follow, rate, and deliberate legislation being considered by state lawmakers.

·         Idea pages, where citizen can post and discuss ideas for improving Arizona.
