On September 6, the World Bank hosted a seminar on the different participatory budgets that it is accompanying in various regions of the Eurasian country, and on September 7 a conference on participatory budgeting took place within the framework of the Moscow Finance Forum. The coordinator of the IOPD Adrià Duarte participated in the seminar and in the conference on the 7th where he made a presentation at the table on "New horizons to develop participatory budgets in Russia and worldwide".
