The Vic City Council is studying to introduce a participatory budgenting. Carles Agustí, Commissioner for Citizen Participation and Association of the City of Barcelona and coordinator of the OIDP, and Lluc Pelàez, mayor of El Figaró, did a presentation on participatory budgeting.
