The Commissioner for Public Participation and Associations of Barcelona City Council and Head of the Technical Secretariat of the OIDP Carles Agustí, spoke at the Smart City Expo held in Kyoto to introduced theOpen Government project of Barcelona and to explain the role of the International Observatory for Participatory Democracy.
